"Order & Win" Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion: The "Order & Win" competition (Promotion) is conducted by Han Yang Import & Export Pty Ltd trading as ByAsia Food, ABN 13 097 813 842 , 9 Dolerite Way, Pemulwuy, 2145 (Promoter).

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion opens at 9:00am AEST on Saturday 11 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 14 July 2026 (Promotion Period), during the Metcash Trade Expo at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre.

3. Eligibility: Entry is open to customers aged 18 years or over who place a qualifying order with the Promoter at the Metcash Trade Expo during the Promotion Period (Eligible Entrant). Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, Metcash Limited, and any agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. How to enter: Eligible Entrants receive one (1) entry into the draw for each qualifying order placed at the Promoter's stand during the Promotion Period. No purchase-only entry fee applies beyond the normal order value — entry is a benefit of ordering, not a separate paid entry. Limit of 1 entry per customer.

5. Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded: a $200 Visa Gift Card (Prize), total Prize pool value $200 AUD. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Visa Gift Card terms and conditions (including expiry) apply and are the responsibility of the Prize issuer, not the Promoter.

6. Winner selection: The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place at the Promoter's Pemulwuy office on 24th July at 12:00pm, supervised by Erkan Altun, Chief Operating Officer.

7. Notification: The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw, using the contact details provided at the time of order. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw to select an alternate winner.

8. Winner's name: Available on request by emailing marketing@byasia.com.au for 3 months following the draw date.

9. Privacy: Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and, where consented to, for future marketing communications. It will not be disclosed to third parties except as required to distribute the Prize. See the Promoter's privacy policy at byasia.com.au for further detail.

10. General conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant reasonably suspected of fraudulent entry or misconduct.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion or these Terms if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Visa, Metcash, or any Metcash-affiliated retailer.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Permits: This Promotion is a game of chance with a total prize pool value under the permit thresholds that apply in all Australian states and territories (including NSW, ACT, SA and NT). No trade promotion permit is required.
