The Han Kitchen's Organic Noodle Line

A great way to enjoy Asia's culinary dishes is through The Han Kitchen's premium organic noodles! From Sweet potato glass noodles there's choices for everyone.


Udon is a thick noodle made from wheat flour. Udon noodles are usually served with hot mild broth and various toppings


Soba noodles are often served and chilled in the summer with dipping sauce and hot in the winter with a soy based dashi broth.


Ramen is usually served in a hot soup with a meat broth, often flavoured with soy sauce or miso and used a variety of toppings


Somen is usually served cold with dipping sauce called tsuyu. It can be served in hot soup with dashi broth in winter.

Glass Noodle

Glass noodles are a type of translucent noodles made from starch and used for hot soups, stir fried dishes and or spring rolls
